Notes
Compared with MeshTower V1, MeshTower V2 adds:
- A redesigned BMS baseboard replacing the MeshSolar mainboard, allowing restart/recovery without opening the enclosure.[7][8]
- High-temperature lithium batteries.[8]
- A choice of GPS-equipped or GPS-free configurations.[8]
The standard version retains V1’s 21 ±1 dBm rated output.[7][3]
The selected 902–928 MHz option includes GNSS. Although the store labels it 22 dBm, Heltec’s current V2 guide rates the standard version at 21 ±1 dBm; this record uses nominal 21 dBm.[4][3]
Like V1, the unit has a 10 W solar panel and three 2,800 mAh cells.[7][3] Solar/DC input is 18–24 V, with USB-C PD3.0 (20 V) also supported.[3][2]
